Wichita County Jr. Livestock Show begins

WICHITA FALLS, TX (TNN) - The Wichita County Junior Livestock Show began Thursday.

The livestock show kicked off with animals being admitted into the JS Bridwell Ag Center beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Most of the shows get underway Friday but we were able to check out some pigs and some sheep being sheared today.

Shows are tomorrow morning and afternoon as well as all day Saturday.

Friday features the cattle, meat goat, breeding doe, dairy doe, market sheep, breeding sheep, breeding swine and market swine shows.

The three day affair concludes on Saturday with horse, turkey and broiler shows as well as the premium sale.

Awards for Trap, Archery and Project show will be presented at 6:30 in the ring.
