WICHITA FALLS, TX (TNN) - Officials say a wreck briefly closed I-44 near Burkburnett.
The wreck happened at just before midnight on Interstate 44 near exit 13, where the highway bends sharply over Glendale Street.
Our reporter on scene confirmed the highway was closed in both directions.
Burkburnett police say the crash involved three cars. The first car lost control, hitting a guard rail and going into the median before becoming airborne.
The two other cars both hit the first.
The driver of the first car was taken to the hospital. Police say she was conscious, but disoriented. An infant in another car was also taken to the hospital as a precaution.
