    A Wichita Falls man could be facing even more charges following an assault just before noon on Monday. According to the WFPD, William David Starnes, 46, assaulted a 59-year-old woman while they were outside a home on the 500 block of Burkburnett road. A 64-year-old man who lived in the home tried to intervene.

One blood donation can save three lives according to the Texas Blood Institute. "That's awesome I mean that's what I'm here for," James Huling said.
