Wichita Falls residents had a chance to voice their concerns Thursday (March 11, 2010) at a Mayor's Town Hall forum.
About 50 people attended the meeting from Districts One and Three.
One of the hot topics was lowering residential water bills and making companies pay more.
City officials say it isn't possible and would likely scare businesses away.
They also spoke about early retirement as a way to open up jobs.
