Newschannel 6 has learned the man behind the wheel of a deadly crash two weeks ago who killed a family of four was more than legally drunk at the time of the wreck. A Department Of Public Safety spokesman tells us Spencer Earl Risinger Jr. had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit. He was driving the wrong way on US Highway 287 just east of Vernon on the morning of August 1st. His SUV hit another SUV head on. A family of four from Colorado was killed and Risinger died in the crash as well. Both vehicles burst into flames after the crash. It was the second deadly wrong way drunk driver in Texoma in the last month.
