SKYWARN 6 FORECAST - KAUZ-TV: Newschannel 6 Now | Wichita Falls, TX

Stray Storm Possible

The only thing that separates today's forecast from yesterday's is that there is a slight chance for rain this evening. Storms over the Ozarks will drift southwest across Oklahoma and into our eastern counties as they fall apart. The chance of rain comes in the form of isolated thunderstorms. If we don't see rain this evening it may be Sunday or thereafter. Temperatures will only get hotter closer to the weekend.

Today, mostly sunny with stray storms east of I 44, light winds and highs in the upper 90s.
Tonight, isolated thunderstorms before 10 o'clock, otherwise partly cloudy with lows in the mid 70s

Thursday, mostly sunny with south winds at 10 and highs of 99 to 103.
Thursday night, clear with lows in the upper 70s.

Friday, mostly sunny with southwest winds at 15 to 20 and highs of 100 to 105

Saturday, sunny with south winds at 15 to 20 and highs of 99 to 103

Sunday, increasing clouds with a chance of late evening thunderstorms. Highs will be 98 to 102
