Government Helping Flooded States

Help is on it's way to Rhode Island. Friday morning, the Homeland Security secretary will tour the soaked state.

The floodwaters may be receding, but health officials say there's now a new threat from raw sewage and garbage floating around in the muddy floodwaters.

President Obama visited an emergency management center in Framingham, Massachusetts yesterday to check on recovery efforts in that state.

He also promised Rhode Island's governor the government will help that state clean up from flood damage.
