Landfill Fire In Dallas Burns Into The Night

Fire crews in Dallas spent most of the night fighting a landfill fire in the east Oak Cliff area.

The first alarms went off shortly after 6 p.m. and continued burning well into the night.

Firefighters say the fire is hard to put out because there were so many hot spots.

So far, there have been no injuries or evacuations reported, but hazardous material experts were called in as a precaution.
