Texomans Gather At Benefit For Tim Donley

Texomans gathered at a benefit concert Saturday (May 1st) night. They gathered to help raise money for the family of Tim Donley.

Donley was the only victim killed in the shooting rampage in the Falls on April 20th.

The concert was held at the Crazy Horse Saloon. Money from the door and a silent auction are going to help the Donley's with funeral costs.

Despite the tragic loss of a son, the Donley family is feeling the full support of the community.

"You know, the one thing that Sally, Tim's mom, has said, is how the town has really helped out and we've all really pulled together," James Cook said. "This is just another way for the town to pull together and help out with the family."

The benefit includes five bands and free food. All ages were welcome until 8:00 p.m. The lasted until 2:00 a.m.
