California's Same Sex Marriage Ban Back In Court

Lawyers head back to a federal courthouse Wednesday to make closing arguments for and against California's same-sex marriage ban.

This judge has instructed gay rights advocates and Proposition 8 sponsors to answer several questions, including whether there is any proof that allowing gay men and lesbians to wed would reduce discrimination against them.

The judge will rule on whether to overturn a 2008 state ballot measure that outlawed same-sex marriage just a few months after California's supreme court legalized it.
