Wichita County Commissioners Look to Buy Jail Device

Wichita County Commissioners will be meeting in a special session Monday morning.
Commissioners are looking at purchasing what is called a "Bloodhound". It's an electronic signal sensor. It's a handheld device can be used in a jail to make sure contraband cell phones are not being used. Its cost about a $1,900. The good part is that it will be paid for with federal stimulus money. Commissioners meet at the Wichita County Courthouse Monday at 10am.
