Toyota Says 270,000 Vehicles Have Faulty Engines

Toyota said about 270,000 cars have faulty engines.

It is the last quality lapse to hit the automaker following massive global recalls.

They are trying to come up with a fix.

The problem causes vehicles to stall.

A Toyota spokesman would not confirm a recall was being considered.

Vehicles include the Toyota Crown, sold mostly over seas, and seven models of Lexus sedans.

Toyota said there have been no reports of accidents linked to the faulty engines.
