Police Explain Reasons For Reopening Gore Case

We are learning more about why police in Portland reopened a nearly 4 year old sexual assault investigation into Al Gore.

They cite "procedural issues."

The police chief says that because officers didn't clear their decision to drop the case with higher-ups.

A massage therapist has accused the former Vice President of repeatedly groping and kissing her during an alcohol-fueled attack in a luxury hotel suite in October 2006.

Gore adamantly denies the allegations.
