Sexual Assault Suspect Sentenced to 60 Years

A Texoma man found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman has been sentenced to 60 years in prison by a Wichita County jury.

On a late night in October of 2008, 31-year-old Paul Anthony Moreno attacked a woman in the 3600 block of Seymour Highway.

The woman had been walking home from work when she was sexually assaulted.

The jury found him guilty on Wednesday, July 14th. This morning they sentenced him to 60 years and said he must serve half that time before he is eligible for parole.

Moreno has already served a four year term for a previous aggravated sexual assault case.
