Woman Won't Face Trial On Assault Charges

There are new developments in the case of a Texoma woman accused of assaulting a pregnant woman.

67-year-old Rose Juarez Enriquez will not go to trial for aggravated assault.

A grand jury found there's not enough evidence against Enriquez to push the case forward.

Police said in March, Enriquez parked her car on a pregnant woman's foot in the 2500 block of Denzel.

Police said Enriquez pushed the victim down and hit the woman in the stomach before driving away.
