Driver Who Crashed Cement Truck Released from Hospital

Wichita Falls PD believe speed may have been a factor in a cement truck crash that temporarily blocked the Holliday exit off of southbound I-44. The cement truck crashed around 9:30 a.m. and some of the cement spilled over the road. Crews had to work to upright the 80,000 pound truck and to get the cement cleaned up before it dried. The driver of the truck is Gary Kincy. He was treated for minor head injuries and released from the hospital this afternoon.
