White House & Obama Apologize Over Ag Employee Firing

There may be a new job in the works for an ousted Agriculture Department employee. She said she's considering a new position with the agency.

Shirley Sherrod was fired after a conservative blogger posted an edited, out-of-context clip of a speech she made about race. But, the comments were actually about overcoming racial bias.

Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack and the White House have since apologized for the firing.
