W.F. Most Wanted Fundraiser

Many high profile Wichita Falls people spent time behind bars then paid up to get out.

Those who were taken into custody faced judges and were given a bail of $1,600.

If they had not raised it before they got their, they were put behind bars and given a phone to raise the money. It all benefits the Muscular Dystrophy Association..

"We send kids to camp in Oklahoma City or the Guthrie area and on down in Meridian, Texas," Daniel York said. "We usually send about five or six per year to each camp."

That bail money will be used to send kids to those camps Daniel just mentioned. The price of bail is enough to send two kids to camp.

The fundraiser brought in $60,000. That's $15,000 more than last year.
