Body Count On The Rise In Panama, American Suspected

The bodies just keep adding up. More remains are being exhumed in Panama, as two Americans are held on murder charges.

Panamanian forensic experts began searching yesterday, for the bodies of at least five people thought to have been murdered by William Holbert and his girlfriend. Holbert has confessed to killing five people and has been targeting property owners in Panama.

The couple was detained by the Nicaraguan Army on July 27 in connection with the murder of a U.S. woman. Authorities say the suspects appropriated houses and then killed the former owners.
