Falls Native Free Thanks To New DNA Evidence

Charges have been dropped against a Wichita Falls native accused of killing his 8-year-old daughter and her 9-year-old friend.

New DNA evidence linked another man to the crime that happened five years ago.

Hobbs confessed to the murders in 2005 but later said he was coerced.

Prosecutors say DNA evidence links a man to the murders who is already in jail. The new suspect in the murders is charged with attacks on two women in Virginia. Hobbs is expected to be escorted to Texas in the coming days.
