Two People Charged For Having Meth

Another day, another smell leads to meth arrests.

Early Tuesday morning officers were called to the 2800 block of Knoll to investigate a smell related to meth.

Two people were arrested for having outstanding warrants.

While in custody, officers noticed the electric meter had been tampered with.

While investigating that, police discovered ingredients known for the production of meth.

A warrant was obtained and both are now charged with possession of chemicals for the manufacturing of meth and possession of meth over 200 grams.

On Monday two arrests were made after a sheriff's deputy followed a suspicious smell to find what appeared to be a meth making operation.
