Bikers Raise Money for Leukemia Patient

Motorcycle enthusiasts rode for a good cause in Wichita Falls Saturday. Over 20 riders pitched in and took a three-hour ride to raise money for Bethany Tarwater.

The nine year old was diagnosed with Leukemia in March. She has sustained multiple compression fractures and requires a feeding tube.

Tarwater is undergoing treatment at Cook's Childrens Hospital in Ft. Worth.

A benefit concert is also being planned for Sept. 11.

Saturday's ride began at Evangel Temple Church and ended at Tarwater's school, Sam Houston Elementary.
