Sampley No Billed on Deadly Conduct Charges

There are new developments in the criminal case against Pamela Sampley.

She was no billed on five counts of deadly conduct by a Wichita County grand jury.

Officers say last year when Ross Muehlberger fired seven shots at a home, Sampley was the driver of the vehicle the two were in.

Sampley was originally charged with seven counts of deadly conduct in this case. One for each of the shots fired.

While the grand jury did not find enough evidence for trial on five counts, they did indict Sampley on one count in July.
