K2 Is Now Illegal In One Texoma Town

K-2 is now illegal in one Texoma town.

On Thursday Graham City Councilors passed an ordinance to ban synthetic marijuana products.

The ordinance makes the sale, use and possession of such products marketed as K2, Blaze and Spice illegal but that's not all items used to smoke the herbal supplements are also off limits.

And to make sure everyone is aware of the change Graham police delivered copies of the ordinance to all tobacco vendors in the city.
