FNHSFU: Rider Falls in Game of the Week

The Rider Raiders hosted Amarillo High in our Dr Pepper Game of the Week Friday night.

The Raiders thought they were off to a fast start when Deron Royster ran 80 yards for what looked like it was going to be a touchdown, but then things turned quickly when he was run down and stripped of the ball, fumbling through the end zone for a touchback.

The Raiders never really recovered from that, falling behind 29-0 before finally getting on the board in the 4th quarter, en route to a 35-7 defeat.

(correction: Henrietta lost to Boyd 34-0)
