Equipment Failure Blamed For Clay County Train Derailment

There's new information on the Clay County train derailment.

Burlington Northern Santa Fe says equipment failure caused the train to derail back in June.

A faulty wheel on a rail car threw 13 cars from the tracks.

Newschannel6 captured the scene as crews worked to clear the area.

No one was hurt during the incident.

The train was traveling from the Fort Worth area to New Mexico.
