It was a rough week for Texoma 11-man football teams, combining to go just 8-11 overall, with four of those wins coming against each other.
But we still found some great candidates for our Papa John's Player of the Week, including Week Two Winner Dee Paul. Paul had 163 yards rushing, with two touchdowns, against Haskell.
Next up was Jacksboro Quarterback Carson Earp. He dominated the Olney secondary for 382 yards and four touchdowns.
But your winner came from our Dr Pepper Game of the Week, Archer City Quarterback Marty Jentsch.
In the Wildcats' big win at Henrietta, which vaulted his team to #10 in the latest AP State Poll, he went for 197 yards and three touchdowns through the air and added 79 yards and a touchdown on the ground.
Those numbers and the big win over the Class 2A opponent earn Marty our Papa John's Player of the Week award.
