Security Flaws Blamed In Arizona Prison Escape

Security flaws in an Arizona prison led to the escape of three inmates who alluded authorities for weeks.  A report released yesterday by the Arizona Department of Corrections cites several problems, including long-standing alarm problems and poor operational practices that helped allow the convicts to cut a whole in the fence.

All three inmates were recaptured, two of which are accused of murdering an Oklahoma couple in New Mexico.
