County Judge To Get Grilled For A Good Cause

Wichita County Judge Woody Gossom Jr. will be grilled on Tuesday night. It's much like a celebrity roast. It's all to raise money for the Wichita County Teen Court.

That organization gives troubled teens a chance to put their fate in the hands of their peers instead of a District Court Judge. The Teen Court handles minor cases and dishes out community service hours as sentences.

Judge Gossom has served Wichita County for two decades and there will be plenty of people there with stories about the Judge.

The event is Tuesday at the Elks Lodge at 4205 Seymour Highway in Wichita Falls. It starts at 6:00pm. Tickets are $30 per person or $50 per couple.
