Police: UT Gunman Did Mean To Hurt Anyone

New developments Thursday in last month's University of Texas campus shooting.

Police have concluded the 19-year-old shooter who killed himself never meant to harm anyone.

The UT Police Chief says Colton Tooley waved at a guard and said "excuse me" when he bumped into a person on his way to the library where he shot himself.

Police say Tooley fired eleven rounds from an AK-47.

Yet all those shots were fired into the ground or the air.

Still, officials say there were no signs Tooley was depressed and have established no motive.
