Do Food Labels Have Too Much Info?

Less is more, when it comes to nutrition labels.  A new report from the Institute of Medicine suggests that labels on the fronts of food packaging would be most useful to consumers if they highlighted the four nutrients of greatest concern: calories, saturated fat, trans fat and sodium.  Shoppers can still get complete nutrition information on the backs of products.
