Calle Ocho Rocks Downtown WF

Folks in Wichita Falls sent Hispanic Heritage Month out with a bang Saturday. The first ever Calle Ocho Festival in Wichita Falls was held at the Downtown Farmer's Market.

Organizers of the event said it's a way for members of the Hispanic community to come together and share their common experiences as participants in the American Dream.

The festival featured live music and dancing along with food, games, and art. It ran from 11:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m.
