A Texoma arson case will not get a trial date.
A Wichita County Grand Jury has found the case filed against Clinton Duncan should not go any further.
Duncan was charged in September of last year in connection to a grass fire.
The Wichita County Sheriff's Office said Duncan was trying to burn grass clippings near his home on Huntington Ln., but it got out of control and burned 20 acres.
Neighboring properties were also damaged.
A deputy fractured his ankle while trying to help control the blaze.
