A woman arrested in October in a meth bust is no longer facing charges.

Wichita Falls officers, the Organized Crime Unit and SWAT team executed a high risk narcotics search warrant on October 15, 2010, in the 1500 block of North 10th Street.

Inside the home, officers say they found 52 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 156 pills of pseudopodia, scales, baggies, and several security cameras.

33-year-old Robert Jimenez and 19-year-old April Platt were both arrested. Platt is now longer facing charges. A grand jury found there was not enough evidence to charge her. Jimenez is charged with Possession/Transport Certain Chemicals with Intent to Manufacture a Controlled Substance and Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
