Three suspects are behind bars each, police say, caught in the act of a crime.
Wichita Falls Police say an officer was doing checks just before one this morning at the Washex property on Central Freeway.
The officer spotted a suspicious vehicle and heard noises from inside the building.
Police asked the Wichita County Sheriff's Office to come in and help search the area.
They say they found three men: 30-year-old Oliver David Mooney, 28-year-old Arnett Lavell Evans and 19-year-old Papillon Mooney.
All three have been charged with engaging in organized criminal activity burglary of a building, theft of copper and criminal mischief.
