Sheppard Honors Vets

Sheppard Air Force Base is honoring the nation's Veterans. The base held a luncheon Tuesday to celebrate those who have served our country. Chief Master Sergeant Thomas Taylor who is retired from the U.S. Air Force was the featured speaker at the event.

Taylor said, "Veterans day is the recognition of those who have made this country free and keep it free. And without Veterans who serve, without a military to protect this freedom it will not be long before we don't have a country like this."

Veteran's Day is this Thursday.
