Ban Possible on Alcoholic Energy Drinks

Washington states Liquor Board is considering banning alcoholic energy drinks.  It's been nearly a month since nine college students were hospitalized after drinking Four Loko at an off-campus party.  The makers of the drink say they work to ensure products aren't sold to underage people, and pointed out that partygoers may have been drinking other types of alcohol.

The state of Oklahoma is pulling the drink off shelves December 3rd.

More than half of the 17 people killed when a tourist boat sank on a Branson lake were members of the same Indiana family, and they likely wouldn't have been on the ill-fated trip but for a ticket mix-up.
