Man Fails To Register As Sex Offender

55-year-old Thomas Robert Byrne is facing charges for failing to comply with sex offender registration. In June 2003, Byrne was convicted in Wichita County on one count of Aggravated Sexual Assault and incurred a lifetime sex offender registration requirement within the state of Texas. Recently, officials became aware that Byrne moved from his home in Archer County to Wichita Falls and failed to report his change of address to police. Failure to comply with sex offender registration is a 3rd degree felony.
