Another Sentence From Montague County Jail Scandal

Another jailer in the Montague County Jail Scandal has been sentenced. Calvin Morales gets 20-years probation and is fined $10,000 on seven separate charges. Morales was charged with providing inmates with illegal drugs, prescription drugs and cigarettes. Only former Sheriff Bill Keating faced more charges in the scandal. Two more people are facing prosecution from the scandal. Former Jailer Administrator Harry Bittlinger and Jose Fuentes were named in the original indictment. Fuentes remains a fugitive on the indictment.
