Roads are re-opened after Thanksgiving travel slowed around Iowa Park Wednesday morning. Texas Department of Public Safety troopers say they got a call close to 7 am saying a semi hauling hay rolled over in the median. Troopers say the truck driver was traveling in the southbound lanes of US-287 when, for an unknown reason, he got into a portion of the median near the 287 and Johnson Rd interchange. Troopers say the driver's load became unstable, causing the truck to roll, dumping hay all over the north bound lanes. Troopers say 3 other cars crashed because of it, but only one person was treated at the scene for minor injuries. Crews had to shut down the northbound lanes while cleaning the scene, which took a few hours.
