Congress Looking To Change Healthcare Law

One thing both Republicans and Democrats seem to agree on is the need to repeal a provision in the president's new health care law.  The provision requires millions of businesses to start filing tax forms for every vendor that sells them more than $600 in goods.  Opponents of the provision say it would be a paperwork nightmare for businesses.  But the repeal was blocked when Senators couldn't agree on whether to make up the lost revenue.  The filing requirement would raise an estimated $19 billion over the next 10 years.
