Man Indicted On Weapons Charges

Enough evidence has been found to indict a Texoma man on weapon and assault charges.
Police say back in July of last year, Rudolpho Gonzales got into an argument with his girlfriend at Don Jose's restaurant on 10th street.
The woman's cousin stepped in and witnesses say that's when he and Gonzales started fighting.
They say Gonzales pulled out a gun.
In another incident, officers say Gonzales may have been involved in another shooting in September.
The victim then told officers Gonzales rolled down his car window and shot him at the Fountaingate apartments.
Gonzales is facing one count of Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon on License Premises and two counts of Aggravated Assault Family Violence.
