Former Firefighter Facing Trial For Setting Fires

Former volunteer firefighter Kyle Everett Harmon is facing trial for two counts of Arson. Wichita County Deputies say Harmon admitted to law officials he set fires as far back as three years.

Harmon also confessed to setting a fire in 2005 that severely burned fellow Cameron Gardens Firefighter, Dwight Murphy.

Wichita County officials say Harmon was charged with Arson, which is a second degree felony. He was also charged with Arson with Injury or Death after admitting to the blaze that injured Murphy.
