Dream Acts Moves Out of the House

Legislation barely slipped through the house aimed at young illegal immigrants.

The Dream Act would grant citizenship eligibility to illegal immigrants brought to the U.S. under the age of 16, and who had completed two years of military service or two years of college.

Officials say in the senate however, Democrats will unlikely be able to muster the 60 votes needed to advance the bill past opposition from GOP who consider it as amnesty.

A senate vote is expected sometime today.
