Texoma Players Named to Class A All-State Team

Two Texoma players were named first-team All-Class A by the Texas Associated Press Monday, while two more were named second-team. Windthorst and Seymour each had a player on each team.

In the final count, Windthorst had one First-Teamer, one Second-Teamer and four Honorable Mentions, Seymour had one First-Teamer, one Second-Teamer and three Honorable Mentions, Munday had three Honorable Mentions, Quanah had two Honorable Mentions, though both were the same player, and Petrolia had one Honorable Mention.

Here is the full list of local players on the All-State Team:

FIRST-TEAM OFFENSE

Seymour Lineman Nick Wiles, Sr. -- Graded 94 percent, 60 pancake blocks

Windthorst Kicker Ty Duncan, Sr. -- 4/4 on FGs (long of 37 yards); 36/41 on PATs; 19 touchbacks

SECOND-TEAM OFFENSE

Windthorst Lineman Spencer Veitenheimer, Sr.
