Kell Freeway Construction Continues

Construction work on Kell Freeway continues Tuesday.
Officials say Eastbound traffic from Kemp Street to Brook will have two lanes closed for sign work.
On and off ramps will also be closed to get the work completed.
Construction is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and can be rescheduled to Wednesday if needed, depending on the weather.
