Texas Lottery Sales Drop

Texans aren't taking as big a risk to get lucky now-days.
The economy is being blamed for a drop in lottery ticket sales.
The slide in percentages is down one-third from previous figures.
This is the second largest year-to-year decrease since the lottery began in 1993.
The Texas Lottery Commission says this is the lowest level ever recorded by the agency.
