Women's College Basketball Team Breaks Record

One of the longest-standing records in sports has fallen.

Tuesday night the University of Connecticut women's basketball team won their 89th game in row, breaking a record set back in the early seventies.

From opening tip-off UConn dominated their Florida State opponents.

With the win, they now have the most wins in a row of any NCAA a division one team ever.

The coach said if you watch his team's moves you'll see some of the same plays used by the legendary UCLA men's team which set the record of 88 wins in row back in the early 1970's.
