Immigration: What's Next?

With the New Year only days away and a shift of power in the House from Democratic control to Republicans, there's a big question for many, what's next for immigration?

Experts say a tougher approach to immigration issues would stick well with GOP faithful, but it could also hurt any Republican effort to grab the growing Latino vote to win the White House and Senate majority in 2012.

Legislation testing the 14th Amendment which grants citizenship to children of illegal immigrants will likely emerge with the new congress in January.

Also on the agenda, an attempt to force employers to use system that checks if their workers are in the U.S. legally.
