Man Threatens Detention Officers

A Wichita Falls man is charged for retaliation against three detention officers. That's a third degree felony. Police say 25-year-old Eric Figueroa approached the officers at the Walmart on Lawrence road shouting obscenities and threatening them. Officials say Figueroa had been arrested previously and recognized the officers from the county jail. Police say once they left the store, Figueroa threatened them again from his parked pick-up.
